3.Once there, locate the DWORD value “PaintDesktopVersion”.
4.Right click on it and select Modify.
“0″ removes Windows version from desktop.
“1″ adds Windows version to desktop.
Reboot
Click on “Start”, then “Run..” and type “regedit”.2.Navigate to the registry key:
”HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop”.
”HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop”.
